Ordering Information


All goods will be sent via Australia Post within 2 days of receiving payment.

Orders within Australia can be sent via

*Australia Post Standard Post
*Australia Post Overnight express
*Australia Post Registered (recommended)
*Local orders can be picked up (please email to arrange time)

Charges are based on weight and all charges will be seen before confirming your order. After we have confirmed and packed your order you will receive an email that we have dispacted your goods.

We suggest you use Registered Post if you are concerned about loss or damage of parcel.

Registered post requires a signature on delivery, if you are not available when the driver call you will need to pick your parcel up from the nearest post office.

We are happy to replace lost Express or Registered parcels subject to advise from Australia Post, but can not replace parcels sent by ordinary post as they do not have a tracking number and cannot be traced.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 days from despatch. All sale items and specials are non-refundable.

We are happy to exchange goods if they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

You will need to pay cost of returning the goods and pay cost of haviing new goods shipped to you.
